2001 PACE AMERICAN 8' X 32' CONCESSION TRAILER
This trailer was purchased and located on owners property
when business was opened in April of 2001.
Trailer has NEVER been on the road (therefore in excellent road
condition!) Dust Proof Sidewall Design/Dexter (ITS) Independent Torsion
Suspension Axles/E-Z Lube Hubs, Goodyear Radial Tires/Modular Styled Wheels
w/E-Coat Prime & Powder Finish, All Wheel Electric Brakes with/12v Breakaway
Switch, Battery included bolted on safety chains, Fiberglass Front
Cap/Aerodynamic Front End Design/Frames are Phosphate Power Washed and all
Exposed Metal is painted with Premium Quality Paint/Long Life Coating on
Fasteners, Semi trailer Quality lighting, Automotive style weather-stripping,
Formed Steel Rear Header with recessed clearance lights.
8” I-Beam mainframe, 16” on center floor members, .030 exterior metal
with 16” on center wall posts, fiberglass exterior fenders, .080 hard aluminum
top wrap with drip edge, riveted floor seams for superior strength and sealing,
high tech self leveling roof sealant, 3/8” plywood interior walls.
The trailer includes 32” 5X Side Door with sliding bolt (lockable from inside
and out), a 32” RV
Rear Door with RV Screen (lockable from the inside and out), NP Roof Vent, Black
& White Vinyl Floors, R5 Insulation Walls & Ceiling, White Vinyl Ceiling
& Walls, (2) 6ft removable counters, (2) 6ft concession doors.
We modified the concession windows to include Screens, Storms and
exterior lights under the doors. The
trailer has a brand new 12’ awning with a sun screen (installed in June 2006).
Also included is a 15’ stainless serving counter under the awning with
a stainless condiment holder mounted above the counter to the trailer.
A cut out has been put into the serving counter to hold 4 condiment
containers with ice packs to be held below them to keep at the proper
temperature. Trailer has been
outfitted with 100amp electrical service, an external propane fired hot water
heater, (3) wastewater holding tanks (2 under the 3 bay stainless sink and 1
under the hand washing sink), sliding window mounted under the awning with screen attached. Also included in
the trailer is the following equipment:

Business has been running out of this trailer for 7 years (only open seasonally from April – 2nd Week in October) So ALL equipment has actually only been used for 3 years!
