PACE CONQUEST 8'X 20' CONCESSION TRAILER
This is a custom built trailer by Pace out of
Waco, Texas 4 years ago and is a turn key operation. It is stainless steel and
glossy white, it has a few scratches but looks great. It is 101' wide with a 4'
detachable tongue and is fully contained with 7.5 Onan diesel generator, 10
gallon diesel fuel tank (generator runs 24 hours on 8 gallons of diesel).
Has a step down serving area with the choice of three serving windows each with
stainless steel counters and a cash drawer. Equipment: Flake ice
machine with amazing 800 lb. per day capacity, 25 cubic ft. Crosby upright
freezer, 2 propane 100 lb. tanks for cooking, American range stainless steel
deep fryer with 80 lb. oil capacity, 2 large stainless steel deep fryer baskets,
complete funnel cake equipment, misc. stainless steel items and plastic stock
containers, 3' grill NSF rated, 2 burner gas stove 25,000 BTU, 2 restaurant
style stainless steel steamers, pans , 4' stainless steel prep table with wire
shelf underneath for stock storage. 9' stainless steel overhead shelving over
sink and fountain area with stainless steel lift up door, Vintage cotton candy
machine that looks and works great, stainless steel food warmer that has large
capacity with heat controls, Hamilton Beach lemon squeezer large stainless steel
drop in fountain drink machine with large ice bin near serving area (easy access
for preparing drinks and snow cones, bag in a box fountain drinks set up for
Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, 3 bay deep well stainless steel sink, separate
hand wash sink, New Titan water heater, coffee maker with 2 warmers, 2 air
conditioner units, 7' stainless steel hood vent over fryer/grill/stove, new
class K fire extinguisher, 6 CO2 tanks for sugar water for lemonade, rubber mats
over black and white easy to clean vinyl tile floors, 80 gallon holding tank for
fresh water with a Sureflow pressure demand pump, 90 gallon gray water tank. It
has 3 marquis boards, current signage on trailer is for snow cones, fries,
cotton candy and foot long corn dogs but can be easily changes, also includes a
banner for funnel cakes and a bigger banner for fresh squeezed lemonade and corn
dogs and a read and white belly skirt, it is very patriotic.
Trailer comes with 1984 Diesel 24' Box Mac truck. It has low mileage and a 1992 engine. Box is 1/2 stock truck and 1/2 RV conversion with bedroom with window, lots of shelving for more stock storage or personal use, full size platform bed-bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet, water heater (propane/electric), air conditioner, 100 gallon water tanks, 25,000 BTU furnace 30 gallon propane tank. Stock portion of box contains 5' chest type freezer and a restaurant style refrigeration with sliding glass doors, lots of cabinets and shelving for stock storage.
