Custom built 26' mobile kitchen and smoke shack with a 8' x 22' walk
in cooler built on a 8' x 24' goose neck trailer. A great business on
wheels. This truck was built from a 1981 Grumman curb master P30 350
engine with 4 speed added 7' x 5' addition on rear with tag axle for separate
screened in smoking area, 4 drawer smoker that can hold 200 pounds at a time,
grill, 3 compartment sink and exhaust fan. Inside of the truck has a stainless
steel 6' x 6' refrigeration compartment, steam table, steam cabinet that holds 6
full sheet pans, shelves, A/C, plenty of outlets for additional appliances, 40
gallon potable water tank, 50 gallon waste water tank, 10 gallon water heater,
(2) 30 gallon natural gas tanks, runs on gas or natural gas, plugs into 50 amp
220 volt with 125' cord or runs on 65 kw generator that needs a little
maintenance. Walk in cooler which needs its own power hooked up on
location. Plans where approved by the Florida department of Hotels &
Restaurants. It has been licensed with the state for 3 years with regular
inspections. The current license will expire in February of 2008.
