2004 UNITED 8 1/2' x 16' CONCESSION TRAILER
This trailer purchased and built in 2006. It was brand new on a dealer’s lot.
The trailer was professionally painted and murals hand painted. The decals were
made for easy removal. It has 3 sinks plus hand sink, 20 gallon fresh water
tank, 40 gallon gray water tank, 2 ½ gallon water heater, 110 volt pump, whole
trailer filter, drinking filter for dispensers, roof A/C w/ heat. All
plumbing is pex and pvc, 100 amp electric service, extra outlets, 220 outlet,
all countertops are stainless steel, with tip out plastic counters at windows.
Appliances included: 2 chest freezers, Beverage-Air refrigerator with 8 place
condiment storage in top, 3 compartment steamer, Holman conveyor oven, Panini
grille, Vita mix blender, Bunn 2 burner coffee machine, and Mandelprofi nut
roaster. All items were new in 2006 with the nut roaster purchased in 2004.
Everything is NSF approved. Replacement cost on roaster alone is approx $6,000.
Also included are all stock items such as lemonade cups, coffee cups, plates,
forks, smoothie cups, utensils, and lots more. Included is approximately 100’
water hose (NSF approved), 125’ elect cable, drain hose, various elect adapters,
and hose connections. This trailer receives comments from different county
inspectors on the layout and cleanliness everywhere we go. Trailer is completely
cleaned each week during the season. Also included is a 2001 Chevy 3500 HD 12’
box truck. It has a 6.5 turbo diesel w/auto. Exceptionally clean w/ the
following: 25 cubic ft. chest freezer, spare tires for truck & trailer, shelving
all around, and various hooks. It has a roll up rear door and a side entrance
also. Also included is an air ride hitch new last year ($450.00). This is one of
the cleanest trailers you will find. We have tubs of containers, pans, and
various items all included. Owner served lemonade, soft pretzels, shredded
chicken sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, smoothies, fresh brewed iced tea,
chocolate dipped cheesecakes, nachos, and roasted almonds and pecans. Included
will be the list of Ohio events owner attend. If you want to make some money
then this is the set-up. The variety of the products will get you into shows
unlike specialized trailers. Most all stock is frozen or shelf stored so the
