#11717 2003 CUSTOM 8' X 20'
CONCESSION TRAILER
This custom-built 2003 trailer is a real show stopper. It was fully reequipped
in 2005 when owner purchased it. Since then, it has only been used on limited
weekends. Unit has been lovingly maintained. It allows service on three sides
with large bright windows (glass inside for sales even in inclement weather.
Most others will have to shutter and wait it out.) You remain open and smiling!
You must realize sales from less than 3 sides limits opportunity and $$$.
Customers can easily see you and it makes setup a breeze. New hand dolly allows
precision placement after unhitching. Lots of water line and 100 feet plus of
220 electric line come with custom made pigtails for easy connection. This aids
in less time waiting to hook up and virtually eliminates the electrician cutting
your cord to hook up! Water “blueboy” allows remote setup for grey water
collection. Skirt included as well as corner and side signs. Large signage
sells and sets you apart! Marquis lighting draws a crowd. Two new 40#
propane tanks allow for easy change out of gas supply.
Interior amenities include three oversized sinks (restaurant sized) which allow
for easy cleanup. Additional hand sink also included as required (health
departments love this trailer!). Equipment includes double work top Beverage
Air refrigerator (new 2005), full upright freezer (new 2005), Duke ½ convection
oven (new 2005), Kelvinator Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet, Double Bay Granita
Machine (new 2005), Gold Medal funnel cake fryer (new 2006), 2 acrylic display
cases, extra-large mounted stand mixer, 6 gallon hot water tank (new 2005), fire
extinguisher (new 2005) and lots of other tools, equipment, etc. Lots of
overhead storage and under cabinet drawers for keeping supplies. Dual under
counter money drawers keep you near customers but limits theft. Rear of trailer
has exhaust hood with fan and lots of stainless for easy cleanup. All new
equipment is NSF which is required by the health departments.
