CONCESSION TRAILER
This is a mobile food kitchen that is in excellent
condition. It is 27 feet from tongue to end of
marquee and 10 feet wide. It contains a 40 gallon grey water tank built in under
trailer, 30 gallon fresh water tank inside under sinks that have never been
used, 5 new sinks, new Kenmore 10 gallon hot water heater built in under the 6
bag-in-a-box Pepsi rack, 6 head Pepsi fountain (3 years old), 1 C02 tank,
aluminum diamond plate floor over plywood, bright white interior with plenty of
overhead racks, 6 foot stainless steel table with shelf underneath at the
serving window end of trailer, 4 foot stainless steel table table on side with
griddle on it, 15 cubic ft. freezer inside plus a large single glass door
refrigerator, 36" gas griddle, 8' stainless steel exhaust hood and fan, outside
water hose hookup, 220 volt, 100 amp, professionally wired service with numerous
outlets on their own breakers for microwaves and warmer plug-ins. Trailer is
electrically powered by 200 foot of 4/4 power cord, outside window end of
trailer is a weatherproof outlet for 2 electric 4' Pepsi menu boards for
each side of trailer, 4 burner gas stove and oven plus (2) gallon propane tanks
mounted on tongue end of trailer, tandem axle with 16 ply tires, skirting snaps
on bottom of trailer to hide undercarriage, 200' food grade water hose with
filter, (2) 4' custom made serving window shelves that detach, serving window on
each side of trailer, all florescent bulbs have shields per health department
codes, 2 cup & lid racks, industrial 100 cup coffee pot, nacho chip warmer,
pretzel merchandiser, 4 warmers/steamers, 2 roasters, 2 round pans that insert
to fit warmers, 4
round pans, 2 round lids, 4 deep half pans, 4 regular half pans, 4 half pan
lids, 8 third pans, 6 third pan lids, 10 deep quarter pans, 6 quarter pan lids,
(3) 1/8 pans and 2 lids, 10 deep quarter pans, false bottoms for keeping product
off bottom of pans, 2 halves, 6 thirds, 4 quarters, assorted utensils, tongs,
large spoons, knives, etc., large and medium Styrofoam cups with lids for cold
drinks, 10 oz. hot cups and lids for coffee and cocoa. assorted boats, trays,
plastic cheese cups and lids, straws, plastic silverware (too much to list),
money drawer, extra condiment pumps. Everything is in trailer and ready to
go but the food. Beef was owners specialty along with other products. Trailer has a
perfect health board rating plus a clean, bright, excellent looking trailer that
will get you into many different events. Health board inspectors
recommended owner to festival promoters for new events in their counties.
Owner regrets to have to quit but must due to health issues. It is a great
