It is a self contained mobile kitchen that owner has used as a concession
trailer. It has 12 KVA Honda Generator, 135 gallon Diesel Tank. 30' Long 4'
hot top with oven under 4 burner with oven under 3 fryers, complete fire
suppression system, 3 compartment sink with cover for working prep area,
continuous flow through hot water heater 2 x 70 gallon clear water tanks mounted
under the floor between cross members 2x 70 gallon gray water tanks mounted
under the floor between cross members 4ft x 8ft upright freezer 4ft x 8ft cooler
2ft x 8ft cooler 6x 100 lb propane tanks Also a 3 ton Ford with box used as
supply truck and also used to haul the trailer. 5 speed, gas, 1991 It has a 300
gallon stainless steel water tank mounted in the front of the box up at the top
so you always have gravity feed water supply. Built in 2001. The decals can all
be peeled off if it was to be used as a camp cook kitchen. All the signage is
